About Pink Flamingo Cotton Candy
Our Story
I'm Stacy Brooks, founder of Pink Flamingo Cotton Candy Company and self-proclaimed professional sugar pusher. Since 2023, I've been turning birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and corporate events across Northwest Indiana & Illinois into sweet, photo-ready memories with small-batch gourmet cotton candy, custom favors, and live spinning experiences. I'm also the author of the children's picture book Pearl's Secret: A Cotton Candy Dream.
Pearl has her sidekick Bizzy, and I have my husband Timmy B. — the muscle behind the madness and the champion of my whimsy.
Pearl's Story
Meet Pearl, our flamingo with flair!
Pearl, our little gray flamingo mascot (from our book “Pearl’s Secret: A Cotton Candy Dream”), reminds us why we do this: cotton candy makes people light up. Whether it’s a child in a pink suit dancing with a giant pink cloud, a girl in a “caught pink-handed” tee, or a bride who wants disco-ball sparkle behind her dessert table, we’re there to spin that feeling into a memory.

Our Products
At Pink Flamingo Cotton Candy, we keep the classics you grew up with (think Pink Vanilla, Blue Raspberry,) and turn the dial way up with flavors you won’t find anywhere else, Pearl’s Secret, Maple Bacon, Bourbon, Pina Colada, and rotating seasonals. Every batch is spun from scratch in small batches, and it’s always gluten-, dairy-, and nut-free, so more guests can say yes.
Whether it’s a kid’s dance, a trade-show booth, or a backyard bash, we make it sweet, safe, and unforgettable!
